FLX SEals Lacrosse

As with all our sports we are ever focused on bringing the Long Term Athlete Development Model to our lacrosse athletes.  This means driving high levels of skill acquisition through a focus on age appropriate development of the fundamentals of lacrosse.

To further bolster our program FLX Seals Athletics is proud to have partnered with the Premier Lacrosse League and the Premier Lacrosse League Academy to be a PLL Verified Organization.  As the only PLL Verified organization in Western New York, this gives us unparalleled access to PLL resources including training for players and coaches.
